Use flax bags either hot or cold for tired, cramping and sore muscles, tummy aches, growing pains, pregnancy/labor, headaches, menstrual cramps and back pain. In stock patterns may vary from picture.

 

Heated bag: Place Large flax bag in the microwave for approx 2 min. Turn the bag halfway through. Heat longer if needed. Be cautious to not overheat. *Flax bags can burn if overheated.*

 

Cold compress: Place flax bag in the freezer until it is cold, then use as a soft "ice pack".
