RMT (Remedial Massage Therapist)

Some of you may recognize me from my history of powerlifting. I'm a platform medalist who has had the honor to represent team Manitoba and team Canada, and I am hoping to return to the platform one day again soon.

I graduated from Wellington College in 2013, and I've obtained certification in TMJ treatment, cupping, Swedish massage, and deep tissue massage therapy. For the past number of years I have been self-employed working from home.

I enjoy promoting general wellness for my clients, and whether it's providing a confidential ear or just a quiet treatment while I work on treating the musculature, I hope to keep my clients comfortable and reduce their pain and stress.

For the future I hope to continue providing quality treatments and a safe space for my clients to continue to pursue their improvement in health and wellness.
