Hey! My name is Avery Friesen and I graduated from Wellington College in June of 2025! 

I am so thankful to be in the position to heal and help through touch. I am trained in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage and TMJ work! I believe in a client centered approach working with you to achieve your goals and get you moving. I am looking forward to sharing my joy of massage here in my own community!

​When I'm not at work you might find me at the gym, heading out for a walk, or grabbing a coffee with friends and family. I look forward to meeting you and beginning your wellness journey!
