Please fill out your intake form again when you get your welcome email to help save us time (and sanity)! We are sorry if you just filled it out recently, but we switched again because the other program was causing a lot of headaches for our clients and staff and we want to serve you the best way we can!

Online booking is NOW AVAILABLE FOR CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY to be booked a MAXIMUM of 60 days in advance (not just 30 like it was previously). You are only allowed to book more than 30 days in advance with a Practitioner that you have already seen. This is due to certain therapists already having a full clientele. If it is noticed that you are booking with a therapist you haven't booked with in the past, your online booking will be disabled. Due to a few fraudulent bookings and limited availability for our staff, NEW PATIENTS will need to contact our office at 204-325-8386 to book before online access will be granted.
