(Therapeutic, Prenatal, Infant/Child, Deep Tissue, TMJ, Lymphatic Integration & Swedish Treatments)

I have been married to my husband since 2003 & we have 3 beautiful children who are active in school and community activities.  I have owned several small businesses as well as volunteered in many different leadership roles in the community.  I am very community minded and my focus is to serve others and glorify God in all that I do.

I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massages Therapies as an RMT in June 2019.  I have training for Swedish relaxation massage, advanced assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, TMJ dysfunction and lymphatic integration.  I have really enjoyed advancing my skills as a student and I look forward to helping people increase their quality of life by providing assessment as well as a safe and effective treatment plan to target those specific needs.  My goal is to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal and decrease stress.

I have been married since 2003.  My husband and I have 4 children.  I was a stay at home mom before our kids started school.  The last couple of years I've worked part time out of the home.  I enjoy taking care of our family and am involved in our Church.

The last two winters I have pursued my passion by taking bookkeeping classes at Red River Community College.  I look forward to working at Renew Wellness Center and helping each client have a pleasant experience during their visit.

I'm born and raised in Winkler, and I've been working in customer service since I was 17.

I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have a big beautiful dog named Duke.

I love Disney vacations, sweater weather, and all things Christmas.

I have been married since 2006 and have been blessed with 2 beautiful children.  I was a stay-at-home mom, and loved every minute!  Now that both of my kids are in school full time, I wanted to get back into the work force.  I was excited for the opportunity to come and work at Renew Wellness Center!

I love God, baking, settling down with a good book and watching Jet's games.  I also love gaming in my free time!

Since graduating from Wellington College in 2007, I have been fortunate enough to have run my own business as well as help out in other clinics throughout the years.  I just got married to my husband in 2018 and both of us enjoy sports and the outdoors.

Being athletic growing up, and continuing to be around the sport world has been a big part of my focus throughout my massage therapy career as well as advancing my knowledge for mental and physical injuries.  I have been blessed to have taken some education that has opened the doors to new advancements on how the massage therapy world is evolving and continuing to grow. I am trained in Sports massage therapy, Pre and Post event massage, KT Taping, TMJ dysfunction, Swedish massage, and Deep tissue massage therapy.  Educating clients and continuing to care for their health, wellness, and overall well being is something I take pride in and will continue to share with the community.

I have been married since 2015, and my wife and I live in Altona.  I enjoy long distance running, playing baseball, reading, and woodworking.  Since 2013 I have participated in over 35 road races, including my first full marathon, the Polar Bear Marathon, which was in support of the Christian ministry Athletes in Action, in Churchill, Manitoba, in November of 2013.

I started my RMT studies at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in the Summer of 2018, participating in the Distance Education program, before I switched to the Full Time option for the 2019/2020 school year.  I have taken Pre/Post Sports Event Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Access and Lymphatic Integration seminars.

My desire in learning how to provide effective remedial massage therapy is foundationally based upon the love that Christ has mercifully granted me.  Everyone has been created in the image of Jesus, and as such ought to be treated with respect and care.  I want to provide professional, empathetic, and effective therapy for those I am blessed to be in contact with.  I want to live grateful for each breath God gives me, and to honour the skills, gifts, and time He has given me.

I graduated Wellington College in 2016 and got married the same year. We had our baby girl in 2020 and she's been such a blessing for us and our family.

Throughout my practice as an RMT I've learned the importance of developing healthy movement in our daily life. I care deeply about peoples' longevity, and believe that our bodies are designed with everything they need to improve themseves. No matter how out of shape or old we are, we can make simple course corrections now that allow big changes to happen later.

I use an assortment of tools and techniques in my treaments, such as fascia work, cupping, cranial concepts and movement practices.

I love working with wrist/hands, feet/ankles, TMJ/headaches, and everything in-between.

I love learning new things and sharing those concepts with my clients, so get ready for some weird advice and odd analogies!
